Quality Control

At China Loong Filtrations Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into each stage of sourcing, manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and shipment. Our procedures are designed to support consistent product quality across filtration products and related components, including air, water, oil, fuel, hydraulic, HEPA, carbon, membrane, stainless steel, and wire mesh filters, as well as filter bags, cartridges, discs, screens, housings, media, filter press cloths, and wiring accessories.

Inspection requirements are defined according to product specifications, application needs, approved samples, drawings, and customer agreements. Our team maintains production and inspection records where applicable to support traceability and clear communication throughout each order.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Raw materials and purchased components are checked before being released for production. The inspection scope is determined by the product type and may include material identification, dimensions, appearance, construction, and supporting supplier documentation.

• Filter media: Material type, thickness, weight, structure, surface condition, and other specified characteristics are reviewed.
• Metal components: Stainless steel mesh, frames, end caps, housings, and related parts are checked for dimensions, finish, deformation, and visible defects.
• Polymers and sealing materials: Plastics, adhesives, gaskets, and sealing components are verified against the applicable product requirements.
• Purchased accessories: Labels, fasteners, cable ties, and wiring accessories are checked for specification, quantity, and condition.

Materials that do not meet the defined requirements are identified and separated for evaluation before further use.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are performed at appropriate production stages to identify variation before final assembly. Operators follow documented work requirements, while designated personnel conduct inspections based on internal inspection standards and order-specific criteria.

• Critical dimensions, component fit, and assembly orientation are checked during production.
• Pleat formation, media alignment, bonding, sealing, stitching, welding, and edge finishing are monitored where relevant.
• Process conditions and tooling are reviewed according to the manufacturing method and product specification.
• First-piece or sample inspections may be carried out before continued production or after significant process adjustments.
• Nonconforming items are controlled to prevent unintended mixing with acceptable products.

For custom filter elements, housings, screens, and fabricated components, inspections may also reference customer drawings, approved samples, or mutually confirmed technical requirements.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished products are inspected before approval for packing. The inspection plan depends on the product design, intended use, and agreed specifications. Checks may include appearance, dimensions, assembly quality, identification, cleanliness, and functional characteristics.

• Visual inspection: Products are checked for contamination, damage, corrosion, irregular finishing, loose parts, and other visible defects.
• Dimensional verification: Key dimensions, interfaces, openings, sealing areas, and connection details are measured as required.
• Construction review: Media placement, pleats, seams, joints, end caps, frames, gaskets, and supporting structures are examined for correct assembly.
• Performance-related checks: Airflow, pressure resistance, filtration characteristics, sealing, or other functions may be evaluated when required by the product specification and available inspection method.
• Order verification: Product model, material, configuration, quantity, and labeling are compared with the confirmed order requirements.

Inspection methods and acceptance criteria are selected according to product specifications and industry-aligned practices. Any special testing or documentation requirements should be confirmed during order review.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is selected to protect products from dust, moisture, deformation, impact, and handling damage during storage and transportation. Special attention is given to delicate filter media, sealing surfaces, pleated elements, mesh products, and precision interfaces.

• Products and packaging materials are checked for cleanliness and visible damage.
• Inner protection, cartons, cases, separators, and cushioning are reviewed for suitability.
• Labels, product identification, quantities, and shipping marks are verified against the order.
• Requested accessories and documents are checked before cartons or cases are closed.
• A final pre-shipment review confirms packaging condition and shipment details.

5. Feedback, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement

China Loong Filtrations Co., Ltd. treats customer feedback as an important part of quality management. When a quality concern is reported, our team reviews the available order records, specifications, samples, photographs, inspection information, and production details to help identify the cause.

Corrective actions may include material review, process adjustment, additional inspection, work instruction updates, supplier communication, or personnel training, depending on the findings. Relevant actions are followed up internally to reduce recurrence and improve product consistency. Through practical inspection, documented communication, and ongoing process review, we aim to provide dependable filtration products and responsive support for international B2B customers.
